🇦🇪 UAE Shipping

Free Delivery – Dubai & Sharjah

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Dubai and Sharjah. No minimum order value required.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
  • Cost: Free (0 AED)

Standard Delivery – Other UAE Emirates

For orders delivered to Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and other UAE locations outside Dubai and Sharjah:

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
  • Cost: 25 AED

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to over 170 countries worldwide via DHL Commerce, one of the world's most trusted international carriers.

  • Carrier: DHL Commerce
  • Rates: Carrier-calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

⏱ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any delays.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

  • UAE orders: Tracking available via the carrier's portal
  • International orders: Tracking available via DHL tracking

🛃 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

  • European Autospares Trading LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • If a package is refused or undeliverable due to customs issues, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
