Satin Black Finish
The complete Porsche reference ends with 01C, identifying the Satin Black finish. This suffix is important because Porsche offered seat and interior components in multiple colors.
Designed for Comfort Seats
Porsche PET associates this seat-rail cover with M437 / M438 comfort-seat configurations. It should not automatically be ordered for every seat fitted to a 986 or 996.
Porsche Model Applications
Strong documented applications include Porsche 911 Type 996 and Porsche Boxster Type 986 with the applicable comfort-seat configuration.
Installation Orientation
Porsche PET assigns 99652136301 the /L designation. Specialist application data may describe the same reference as left outer / right inner depending on the installed seat. Confirm the exact rail position using the VIN and existing trim before ordering.
Opposite Seat-Rail Cover
The corresponding Satin Black cover for the opposite applicable position is 9965213640101C (/R orientation). These references should not be interchanged without confirming the required seat-rail position.
