1. Order Confirmation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

2. Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup from store is available as a delivery option at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with additional charges, shown at checkout.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Accepted only for items that are:
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)
• Request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused and in original packaging.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10–45 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error.

5. Payment Methods

• We accept Visa and Mastercard.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is subject to availability and additional fees.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Retain a copy of your transaction and order confirmation for reference.
• Ensure accurate shipping and contact information is provided at checkout.

7. Eligibility

8. Warranty & Part Fitment

• It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your vehicle. Please check product details before ordering.
• Warranty, if any, is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to their terms.

• We do not store full card details.
