Genuine Porsche Wheel Lock Nut Fastener 99908464101

What does a wheel lock nut do?

A wheel lock nut replaces one lug nut per wheel with a fastener that needs a unique key to remove. Standard sockets cannot grip it, which deters opportunistic wheel theft. The wheel still clamps to the hub exactly like a normal nut, so there is no effect on driving or balance.

I lost my lock nut key — what now?

Without the key the nut cannot be removed normally, so a workshop must use a specialist removal tool that may damage the nut. Order a replacement key or a fresh set as soon as possible, and store the key code safely. We can help confirm the correct OE key pattern for your lock nut set.

Will this lock nut fit my Porsche?

Fitment depends on the model, wheel design and fastener thread, so a part number alone cannot guarantee the match. Send us your VIN before ordering and we will confirm that 99908464101 is the correct lock nut for your exact vehicle, free of charge.

Can I use an aftermarket lock nut instead?

Aftermarket lock nuts may use a different seat angle or thread pitch, which can damage the wheel seat or fail to clamp evenly. The genuine nut matches the factory specification exactly, so it seats and torques as designed. For wheel safety hardware, the OE part is the reliable choice.
