- We offer worldwide shipping for all our products except batteries, lubricants and any other parts classified under dangerous goods.
- Delivery is available to most countries; however, certain locations may have restrictions due to customs regulations.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time UAE :
UAE: 1–3 business days
GCC: 3–7 business days
International: 5–14 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)
- We provide standard and express shipping options via trusted courier partners.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method.
- Free shipping may be available on select locations.
4. Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is dispatched.
5. Customs & Duties
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.
Return & Refund Policy
We aim to provide high-quality auto spare parts. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below:
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Electrical or electronic parts are non-returnable due to the nature of the products.
2. Return Process
- Email sales@europeanautospares.com for approval.
- Provide order details, reason for return, and relevant images (if applicable). Approved returns must be shipped back with a valid tracking number.
3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
- To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
