1. Shipping Destinations

  • We offer worldwide shipping for all our products except batteries, lubricants and any other parts classified under dangerous goods.
  • Delivery is available to most countries; however, certain locations may have restrictions due to customs regulations.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time UAE :

UAE: 1–3 business days
GCC: 3–7 business days
International: 5–14 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)
  • We provide standard and express shipping options via trusted courier partners.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method.
  • Free shipping may be available on select locations.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is dispatched.

5. Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.

Return & Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality auto spare parts. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Electrical or electronic parts are non-returnable due to the nature of the products.

2. Return Process

  • Email sales@europeanautospares.com for approval.
  • Provide order details, reason for return, and relevant images (if applicable). Approved returns must be shipped back with a valid tracking number.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  •  If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
