Description
xProduct Overview
The Genuine Porsche Door Weather Seal Rubber Strip 95B839761B is the original door weather seal for the Porsche Macan (95B). It runs around its door aperture and compresses as the door closes, sealing the cabin against wind, water, dust, and road noise. The genuine strip is moulded to the exact OE profile for the aperture, so it sits correctly in its channel and compresses evenly along the whole door, something a universal strip cut to length can never do.
Part Numbers & Reference Codes
OE part number: 95B839761B. Always order and verify by this Porsche part number to ensure you receive the correct original weather seal for your car's door aperture.
Vehicle Compatibility & Fitment
This weather seal belongs to the door sealing system of the Porsche Macan (95B, 2014–2024). Door seals differ by door position and production date within the generation, so confirm it matches your exact vehicle and the aperture you are resealing by sharing your VIN with our parts team before ordering, and we will verify fitment against the Porsche catalogue.
Key Features & Benefits
- Exact OE moulded profile: shaped for its aperture, so it follows the channel and corners without stretching or bunching.
- Factory-specified rubber compound: specified to stay flexible and keep sealing through years of heat and door cycles.
- Quieter, drier cabin: restores the seal against wind whistle, water ingress, and the dust that UAE conditions push at every gap.
- Protects the interior: a sound door seal guards trim, electrics, and carpets against the water damage a perished seal lets in.

This strip installs in the sealing channel of its door aperture. Clean the channel thoroughly before fitting, work the new strip into place progressively without stretching it, and seat it fully into the corners. After fitting, close the door and check the seal compresses evenly all round, then water-test the aperture. Fitment should be confirmed by VIN before ordering.

Installation Requirements
Fitting requires care rather than special tools: the old strip and any residue must be fully removed, and the new strip must not be stretched during installation, as stretched rubber shrinks back and opens gaps at the corners. Technician's Advisory: Do not stretch the new strip during fitting: work it into the channel progressively and seat the corners fully, because stretched rubber shrinks back and opens gaps. Clean the channel of all old residue first, then water-test the aperture after installation and check the seal compresses evenly around the whole door.
Important: This genuine Porsche part is listed by OE part number 95B839761B. Exact compatibility depends on the model, door position, production date and equipment level. Send your complete VIN to the European Autospares parts team and we will verify this is the correct part for your vehicle.
FAQs
xFrequently Asked Questions
Yes. The 95B839761B is a genuine Porsche OE part — the original door weather seal rubber strip produced to Porsche’s factory specification for the Macan (95B), not a universal strip cut to length. The genuine moulded profile follows its aperture exactly, so it seats in the channel and compresses evenly all round.
It belongs to the door sealing system of the Porsche Macan (95B), built 2014 to 2024. Door seals differ by door position and production date within the generation, so send us your complete VIN and tell us which aperture you are resealing, and we will verify the 95B839761B before you order.
Look for wind whistle at speed, water entering the footwell or door pocket after rain or washing, dust lining the door shut faces, and visible flattening, cracking, or sections of rubber pulling away from the channel. A perished seal only gets worse, and water ingress can damage trim and door electrics.
Fitting is mainly careful hand work — clean channel, no stretching, corners fully seated — but access can require door trim removal, and a stretched or poorly seated strip will leak and whistle. If you are not confident removing trim without breaking its clips, professional fitting by a qualified technician is recommended.
This brand-new genuine part is covered against manufacturing defects, and your statutory consumer rights apply in the UAE. If it arrives damaged, or is incorrect due to our error, we will replace or refund it. We recommend VIN verification before ordering — contact us with your VIN first.
