    • We offer worldwide shipping for all our products except batteries, lubricant oils. 
    • Delivery is available to most countries; however, certain locations may have restrictions due to customs regulations.
  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
    • UAE: 1-3 business days
    • GCC Countries: 3-7 business days
    • International: 5-14 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)
    • We provide standard and express shipping options via trusted courier partners.

    • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays.
  3. Shipping Charges
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method.
    • Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions.
  4. Order Processing & Tracking
    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is dispatched.
  5. Customs & Duties
    • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Return & Refund Policy
We aim to provide high-quality auto spare parts. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below:

  1. Return Eligibility
    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Electrical or electronic parts are non-returnable due to the nature of the products.
  2. Return Process

    • Provide order details, reason for return, and relevant images (if applicable).
    • Approved returns must be shipped back with a valid tracking number.
  3. Refund Policy

    • Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.
  4. Exchange Policy
    • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
