Yes. This is the genuine Volkswagen Group filter element with gasket, listed in the factory oil filter diagram as item 8 under number 06E115562H. It is a cartridge element for the 3.0 litre V6 petrol engine, supplied brand new and made to the original specification for filtration and sealing at every oil service.
Verified applications are the later 3.0T cars, namely Audi A6 and A7 C7 3.0T, Audi A8 D4 3.0T and Audi Q7 4M 3.0T, within the year ranges in the fitment tab. It is described by retailers as a late model filter only, so send your VIN to confirm your exact car.
The factory diagram applies the H element from 25 July 2016, while earlier cars used the B and E elements under the same diagram position. Cars built around that split can therefore need different elements that look alike. Checking your build date or VIN before ordering avoids receiving an element that does not suit.
This element supersedes and cross-references 06E115562B, 06E115562E and 06E115466B, which covered earlier production of the same 3.0 litre V6 application.
