Yes. The 0B6325429 is a genuine OE part — Audi’s own service documentation lists 0B6 325 429 as the oil strainer for the 0B6 six-speed automatic gearbox. It is not an aftermarket equivalent. The genuine strainer carries the correct pickup, mesh, and sealing face for the valve body it bolts to.
It fits the longitudinal 0B6 six-speed automatic transmission, used in models including the Audi A4, A5, Q5, A6, A8, and Q7 of the relevant generations. The similar strainers for the 09E and 09L gearboxes are different part numbers and are not interchangeable, so confirm your gearbox code by VIN before ordering.
Replace it whenever the transmission oil is serviced with the pan removed, or if you have shift-quality complaints, delayed engagement, or debris found in the pan.
