Genuine Porsche listings, including ECS Tuning data for this number, describe 94837505813 as the engine mount, right, for the Porsche Panamera 970 with the 4.8 litre V8, superseding the earlier 94837505811 and 94837505812. The left side uses 94837505713. Our stock number adds a trailing A not shown in factory listings.
It fits the Panamera 970 with the 4.8 litre V8 engine: the S, 4S, GTS, Turbo, Turbo S and the Turbo Executive and Exclusive V8 variants, covering 2010 to 2016 depending on variant. It does not fit V6, diesel or hybrid models. Send us your VIN and we will confirm fitment before dispatch.
On early cars being updated to the revised mounts, Porsche-derived guidance says both sides must be replaced together, and the note appears against this number for 2010 to 2013 cars. Replacing only one side leaves the engine sitting unevenly on mounts of different ages, which shortens the life of the new mount.
Common symptoms are a thump on throttle application or lift-off, vibration at idle, visible engine rocking when revved, and hydraulic fluid leaking from the mount. Because the right mount sits in a hot area of the engine bay, heat ageing is common. Leaving a failed mount strains exhaust and driveline components.
We do not recommend it. Panamera engine mount replacement requires the engine to be supported with proper equipment, follows a defined Porsche workshop procedure, and needs correct fastener torque with the engine settled in position. It is a substantial workshop job, so have a qualified Porsche technician carry it out.
