Technician’s Advisory: Always fit new exhaust gaskets whenever the joint is disturbed – exhaust gaskets crush on first tightening and rarely reseal. Check the manifold and turbo flange faces are flat and clean before fitting, and re-check the fixings after the first heat cycle.
Important: This genuine Porsche part is listed by OE part number 93012319205. Exact compatibility depends on the model, variant, production date and equipment level. Send your complete VIN to the European Autospares parts team and we will verify this is the correct part for your vehicle.
FAQs
xFrequently Asked Questions
It seals the flange joint between the turbocharger and the intermediate crossover pipe on the 911 Turbo. Exhaust gas passes through this joint on its way into the turbine, so a gas-tight seal here is essential for the turbocharger to build proper boost. Without it, hot exhaust escapes into the engine bay instead of driving the turbine wheel.
Listen for a sharp ticking or hissing from the engine bay that gets louder under load, and watch for weak boost or sluggish acceleration at higher revs. You may also smell exhaust fumes or see soot staining around the turbocharger flange. Any time the turbocharger comes off for service, replace this gasket rather than reusing it.
It is catalogued for the Porsche 911 (930) Turbo and the 911 (964) Turbo, but exhaust hardware varied across production splits. Send us your full VIN before ordering and our parts team will confirm this is the correct turbocharger exhaust gasket for your car. This quick check removes the risk of ordering the wrong seal.
You can, but it is a false economy. Generic copies often use thinner sealing stock that loses its spring under repeated heat cycles and leaks again within months. Removing a 911 Turbo's turbocharger is expensive labour, so fitting the genuine Porsche gasket once is cheaper than paying for the same job twice.
This is a brand-new genuine Porsche part covered against manufacturing defects under the standard genuine parts warranty, and your statutory consumer rights apply in the UAE. If it arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will replace or refund it. Confirm your VIN with us before fitting — once installed, the gasket cannot be resold as new.
